The meeting between Thai Ambassador and the Goiás Commercial Association

On 29 June 2017, H.E. Mr. Surasak Suparat, Ambassador of Thailand to Brazil met Mr. Edclides Barbo Siqueira, President of Commercial Association of Industries and Services of the State of Goiás, together with Mr. Leopoldo Veiga Jardim, Vice President and his delegates at the Royal Thai Embassy in Brasilia.  
During the meeting, Ambassador of Thailand and President of the Commercial Association of Industries and Services of Goiás exchanged views on how to promote and enhance bilateral trade and investment between Thailand and the State of Goiás.

On this occasion, the Commercial Association President invited the Thai Ambassador to visit and conduct Thailand Roadshow in Goiás as well as to organize Thai Gala Dinner night in Goiania, the state’s capital, in order to promote trade, investment and tourism of Thailand.

The Ambassador accepted the invitation and agreed to arrange more activities with the State of Goiás in the near future. He would like also to introduce some Thai beverage companies to the state as it is the Embassy’s task to always promote trade, investment, culture and tourism between Thailand and Brazil.
